Haworth Canada is committed to your comfort and satisfaction by offering a 30-day return window for all premium office furniture purchased through our online store. We ensure a seamless process for returning items that do not meet your ergonomic needs or workspace requirements.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Canadian customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Product
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original Haworth packaging to ensure safe transit and full refund eligibility.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our preferred carriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned item at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
