We currently offer shipping to all provinces across Canada. Please note that shipping to remote territories may incur additional lead times and fees.
What is the standard lead time for furniture delivery?
Most in-stock items ship within 5-10 business days. Custom-configured ergonomic chairs or desks typically arrive within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the specific finishes selected.
Do Haworth products come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. Most of our seating and workspace products are backed by a 12-year warranty that covers parts and labor, ensuring long-term performance in your home office.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are the products shipped fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, some items like the Fern or Zody chairs may require minor assembly. Clear instructions and necessary tools are included in every box to make the process quick and easy.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the production process begins, and changes may no longer be possible.
